Meet The Founder
I have over 40 years of experience in public accounting. The 2007 financial crisis shifted my focus to commercial tax appeal services, which had limited opportunities for reductions unless owners filed appeals.
Background and Expertise
My CPA background with profit for loss statements made property tax appeals a natural fit. After working with the Santa Clara County Assessor on my own building, I decided to specialize in commercial property tax appeals, and have achieved both temporary and permantent tax reductions for hundreds of clients.
